Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This data is used to deliver the website securely and reliably (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any transfer to the USA is based on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Contacting me

If you contact me by email or phone, I use your details only to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Your data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Local storage in your browser

So that the website remembers your chosen language and the light or dark theme, this setting is saved in your browser’s local storage. No personal data is stored and nothing is sent to me. You can delete this setting in your browser at any time.
